The basic security of a family is the full shelves of their kitchen cabinet. However, economic difficulties, unemployment, or illnesses can make even the most basic food items inaccessible. With the ASHAP Food Parcel project, we knock on the doors of families in need not only during Ramadan but every month of the year. Every parcel we prepare is carefully filled to meet the basic kitchen needs of a family for at least one month, from oil to legumes, and from sugar to tea. For us, these boxes are not just food parcels; they mean a mother being able to prepare a meal for her children and a father not feeling ashamed in front of his family.
