ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION OF ASHAP ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF ISLAMIC SCIENCES AND SOLIDARITY**
ARTICLE 1: NAME AND HEADQUARTERS OF THE ASSOCIATION**
- Name of the Association: **"ASHAP Association for the Promotion of Islamic Sciences and Solidarity"**
- Headquarters: **Şanlıurfa, Türkiye**
- Branches: The Association may open branches both domestically and internationally.
ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION**
- To provide opportunities for and contribute to widespread education aligned with our society’s national and moral values.
- To support the awareness and development of family members in national, scientific, and spiritual aspects.
- To contribute to national culture by conducting research in education, culture, and social fields.
- To promote a sense of cooperation and solidarity within society.
- To provide all kinds of material and moral assistance to meet the essential needs of those in need, including food, clothing, healthcare, education, shelter, transportation, and basic humanitarian needs.
ARTICLE 3: FIELDS OF ACTIVITY AND METHODS**
- Education:** Organizing educational activities such as courses, seminars, conferences, and panels.
- Publishing:** Obtaining necessary information and documents to achieve the purpose, and publishing newspapers, magazines, books, and bulletins.
- Fundraising:** Accepting donations from domestic and international sources, provided that the required permissions are obtained.
- Establishing Enterprises:** Establishing and operating economic, commercial, and industrial enterprises to generate necessary income.
- Facilities:** Opening social premises (clubs) and establishing social and cultural facilities for members, and equipping them.
- International Activities:** Engaging in international activities and collaborating with organizations abroad.
ARTICLE 4: MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND PROCEDURES**
- Any natural or legal person with legal capacity who accepts the objectives of the Association may become a member.
- Foreign natural persons must have the right of residence in Türkiye to become members.
- Membership applications shall be decided by the Board of Directors within thirty days.
- Individuals who provide significant material or moral support may be accepted as **Honorary Members**.
ARTICLE 5: ORGANS OF THE ASSOCIATION**
- General Assembly:** The highest decision-making body of the Association.
- Board of Directors:** Consists of seven principal and seven substitute members.
- Audit Board:** Consists of three principal and three substitute members.
ARTICLE 6: SOURCES OF INCOME**
- Membership Fees:** Entrance fee is 30 TRY; annual membership fee is 10 TRY.
- Donations:** Contributions and donations made voluntarily by natural and legal persons.
- Event Revenues:** Income generated from activities such as concerts, theater, trips, dinners, and conferences.
- Commercial Income:** Profits obtained from the Association’s commercial activities.
ARTICLE 7: AMENDMENT OF THE BYLAWS AND DISSOLUTION**
- Amendments to the Bylaws:** Decisions are taken by a two-thirds majority of members entitled to attend and vote at the General Assembly.
- Dissolution of the Association:** The General Assembly may decide to dissolve the Association at any time; however, a two-thirds majority is required.
- Liquidation:** In the event of dissolution, all assets, rights, and funds shall be transferred to an entity determined by the General Assembly.
